You must complete the “Puppy Application” and read the terms before submitting your deposit.
We DO NOT sell puppies to wholesalers, brokers, pet shops, or persons purchasing for re-sale. By completing the Follow My Lead “Puppy Application”, you are stating that this dog is being purchased as a pet for yourself.  We reserve the right to deny any application.

After Submitting your Application, your ($250 US) Non-Refundable deposit is due immediately. After Submitting this application to Follow My Lead, LLC you Understand and agree that any Payment made is non-refundable unless your application is denied.

Should there be any changes after submitting this application or before obtaining custody of your puppy, you should notify Follow My Lead, LLC within 2 business days- for example, change of housing, number of residents living at location, contact details, or changes to any of the other questions on your Puppy Application.
